Who we are

365 Global Management Group (“we”, “us”) operates the 365GMG website and the member and staff areas that sit behind it. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Enquiry and form information. When you submit a public form we store the name, email address, phone number, organization, and message you provide.
• Account information. If you create an account we store your name, email address, and authentication credentials. Passwords are never stored by us in readable form.
• Preferences and notification settings. The choices you make about which notifications you receive, and the content of notifications sent to you.
• Usage information. The pages you visit on this site, the referring page, and a randomly generated session identifier. This is used to understand which content is useful.
• Cookie information. See our Cookie Policy for the categories of cookies we use and how to control them.

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries and provide the services you have asked for.
• Operate and secure your account, including verifying your email address.
• Connect a form submission you made to your account, so you can review it in your member area. This only happens where the submitted email address exactly matches the verified email address on your account.
• Send you notifications you have asked for, subject to any site-wide setting.
• Understand how the site is used, so we can improve its structure and content.
• Meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to third parties. We do not use your information to train third-party artificial intelligence models, and staff-facing content tools only run when a staff member deliberately asks them to.

Legal basis and retention

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent for optional cookies and notifications, on the performance of a contract where you have an account with us, and on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for up to two years afterwards. Account records are kept while your account is open. Usage information is kept for up to twelve months in aggregate form. Where we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymise it.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site — for example the platform hosting this application, email delivery, and file storage — and only to the extent needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Access inside our organization is restricted: only staff with an assigned permission can see member records, form submissions, or contact records, and administrative actions are logged.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to president@365gmg.com and we will respond within the period required by law.

You can review and change your notification preferences at any time from your member area, and you can change your cookie choices using the preferences control on our Cookie Policy.

Children

This site is intended for organizations and professional users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
